Refund of Fees 
Every candidate who enrolls for General Studies and Optional Online Courses with SRIRAM’s is eligible to cancel the enrollment as per the Terms and Conditions given below. Any candidate who benefits from the CASHBACK window, will have to surrender the amount. For the refund appeal to be entertained, substantial reason has to be given with proof.
 
Terms and Conditions
Admission will be cancelled under the following terms before the classes begin; and upto seven days after the classes begin. No appeal for refund will be entertained after seven days of commencement of classes.

The following amounts will be withheld while giving refund: 
 I. Before classes commence:

• Full Course General Studies: Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only)
• Module Course General Studies: Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only)
• Optionals: Rs. 4,500/- (Rupees Four Thousand and Five Hundred Only)

II. Upto 7 days after the commencement of the classes:

• Full Course General Studies: Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only)
• Module Course General Studies: Rs. 7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand and Five Hundred Only)
• Optionals: Rs. 7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand and Five Hundred Only)

Refund process takes 3 – 4 working days.
